The African Women Leadership Fellowship (AWLF) is a transformative initiative fostering leadership skills among young African women. It provides a platform for women and gender equality advocates to enhance their leadership, public speaking, and advocacy skills while tackling societal challenges.

African Women Leadership Fellowship (AWLF) is a six-week online program designed to strengthen and amplify the leadership of African women. Targeted at women aged 19–30, the fellowship especially encourages those without formal leadership training. AWLF equips participants with leadership literacy, practical skills, and opportunities to implement community projects, while providing a supportive network to amplify their visibility and impact. By translating learning into tangible outcomes, the fellowship empowers women to overcome structural barriers that have historically limited African women’s leadership development.
